This Rate Limit & Fair Use Policy (“Policy”) governs access to and use of Wonders AI, Inc.’s services, including search functionality and AI-powered features accessed via API or other automated methods (“Services”). This Policy is part of and incorporated into our Terms of Service. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with this Policy.

1. Purpose

   To maintain system performance, stability, and fair usage, Wonders AI, Inc. applies rate limits and monitors account behavior. This Policy outlines expected use parameters and provides guidelines for acceptable and unacceptable use across all access tiers.
   
   

2. Request Definition

   For the purpose of this Policy, a “request” refers to any call made to the Wonders AI backend that initiates a computation, AI operation, or retrieval of results — including but not limited to:

   
   

   • Search queries

   • Prompts to language models

   • API calls for content generation or enrichment

   
   

   Multiple back-end actions triggered by a single user interaction may count as multiple requests, at the system’s discretion.
   
   

3. Rate Limits

   Access to the Services is subject to automatic rate limiting:

   
   

   • Per-Minute Limit: Up to 60 requests per minute

   • Daily Limit: Up to 1,000 requests per day

   
   These figures reflect general thresholds. Wonders AI, Inc. reserves the right to adjust these values dynamically based on system performance, usage patterns, and evolving product tiers. Actual limits may differ between accounts.
   
   

4. Plan-Based Guidelines

   Rate limits may vary depending on your user plan. Current plan types include:

   
   

   • Free

   • Pro

   • Teams

   • Enterprise

   • AppSumo Lifetime Tiers 1–4

   
   Each plan may be subject to different request thresholds, usage caps, or credit-based models. These values may be adjusted at any time and may not always be disclosed publicly.

   
   Enterprise plans may be governed by individual Service Level Agreements (SLAs), which supersede the terms of this general policy.
   
   

5. Fair Use
   Usage of the Services must be consistent with the intended purpose of each plan. Examples of behavior that may be deemed unfair use or abuse include:
   
   

   • Sustained activity approaching or maxing out limits in ways inconsistent with a normal user experience

   • Attempts to circumvent rate limits using multiple accounts, proxies, or automated methods

   • Degradation of system performance for other users due to a single user’s activity

   • Reverse engineering, scraping, or unauthorized replication of data

   
   

   Wonders AI, Inc. reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a user’s behavior constitutes unfair use.
   
   

   1. Suspicious Behavior Below Thresholds

      Even if usage is technically within published rate limits, Wonders AI, Inc. may take enforcement action if behavior appears to be automated, exploitative, or otherwise inconsistent with human or expected patterns. This may include:

      
      

      • Highly uniform or precisely-timed activity

      • Unusual request content or structure

      • Usage patterns inconsistent with the intended use of the account or plan

      • Activity indicative of data extraction, bot use, or reselling

      
      

      Such behavior may result in temporary rate reduction, service interruption, account review, or permanent suspension. These actions may be taken with or without notice.
      
      

6. Enforcement

   If Wonders AI, Inc. detects or suspects violations of this Policy, it may take any of the following actions:

   
   

   • Apply temporary or permanent throttling

   • Block access to specific endpoints

   • Suspend or terminate your account

   • Require an upgrade to a higher plan

   • Contact you for resolution or clarification

   • Other reasonable enforcement actions available at the time

   
   

   These measures may be taken with or without notice.
   
   

7. Damages and Remedies

   In addition to the enforcement actions described above, Wonders AI, Inc. reserves the right to pursue any and all legal remedies available under applicable law, including claims for compensatory and consequential damages, injunctive relief, and recovery of costs and attorneys’ fees, arising from misuse or abuse of the Services in violation of this Policy.
   
   

8. Changes to This Policy

   Wonders AI, Inc. may modify or update this Policy at any time. While we strive to notify users of material changes, updates may be implemented without prior notice to protect system availability and ensure consistent performance.
   
   

9. Limitation of Liability

   Wonders AI, Inc. shall not be held liable for any damages, interruptions, or data loss resulting from rate limiting, access restrictions, or enforcement actions taken under this Policy. Usage of the Services is at your own risk and subject to these and all other applicable terms.
